              Dear Sir(s),

                 We are writing to complement you on several of
              your sales team members. Our home purchase
              began mid summer 2006 at which point we were
              greeted with much enthusiasm by sales agent Chris
              Shackelford.
                 Chris spent a great deal of time with us during our
              visit and walked us through several homes so that
              we could get an idea of the floor plan that would
              best fit our needs. He answered our questions
              immediately and if there were questions that he
              wasn't familiar with, he didn't hesitate in finding out
              and getting back to us with the information.
                We flew in several times from Mohave Valley, AZ.
              where Chris picked us up from the airport so that we
              could tour the homes again, take pictures, and discuss
              our plans in great detail, as this was our first new
              manufactured home purchase.
                When Chris was with customers, or out of the office,
              Jim Rosier was kind enough to step in and transport
              us to and from the airport and the lending office in
              town. Henry Lopez was also instrumental in our
              decision to buy, as he worked closely with the broker
              that was recommended to us which made our deal go
              smoothly and in a timely manner, which was greatly
              appreciated.
                We are excited to see the process evolve and thank
              you again for the excellent customer service we have
              received.

                you so much for all the kind and thoughtful help
                with the purchases of our home. We could not be
                more pleased.

                  After having a very bad experience in the past
                with a different dealer/manufacturer. We are all
                the more pleased with our treatment and our new
home.

                was promised as more, and in a timely fashion too!
